Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing or typography errors. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed.
Returns Policy
A refund will happily be given if:
- Your orders arrives damaged due to mishandling by courier, Gusha Visual Media must be contacted within 12 hours of delivery stating damage of product.
- The image is incorrect, ie we have sent you an incorrect image code to what you ordered.
- We send you a printed sample and the final delivered product does not match your printed sample.
A refund will not be given if:
- You simply change your mind
- If we sold you a product on discount due to a fault that you were initially made aware of and the reason for the discount was the fault or damage.
- The order was damaged after the purchase due to your own fault or unfavourable
environmental conditions ie damp conditions, direct sunlight, rainfall directly on product etc
Colour Matching
Please Note: Colours will vary from computer screens. Gusha is determined to produce "accurate" colour. We use Adobe (1998) colour space with a colour source of 6500k (daylight) or sRGB. Our screens and printers are calibrated on a regular basis to maintain accurate colour.
If you receive your product and it is not the same as what your screen displays, it means your screen is not calibrated correctly.
If colour accuracy is of upmost importance to you, please calobrate your screen to the print industry standard as listed above using a spectrometer. Provided no part of your screen is exposed to direct sunlight and no bright lights are shining on your screen, your screen should be the brightest light source in your room. This will give you a reasonably accurate representation of the printed product.
If you wish to guarantee colour accuracy we can sent you a printed cross section on the media of choice for a minimal fee of $35 including postage anywhere in Australia.
Standard Lead times
Our standard lead time for production for a single item is 10 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We will try deliver your product as soon as we can, but to insure quality standards it does take time.
Delivery Policy
Our delivery charges include postage and protective packaging.
Please allow 2-5 working days delivery
Delivery will be via Australia Post or courier depending on size & type of article and desired delivery speed. We will endeavour to have your product delivered when requested, but unfortunately cannot guarantee or be held responsible if it does not due to the nature of courier companies. If you require your product for a particular reason and have not allowed sufficient time for production and delivery, items can also be collected from us directly.
